Bob Hancock is a local violinist living in Newfane with his wife Chris. He is employed by the Windham Central Supervisory Union as a special ed. pareducator. He plays with the Windham Philharmonic and also sings in the choir and plays hand bells at the Newfane Congregational Church. He plays piano and violin regularly at Thompson House Rehabilitation and Nursing, where he and Chris lead sing-alongs with the residents. "(Take Me Out To The Ballgame" is a definite favorite.) He is grateful for the vibrant, challenging and receptive musical community, freely available and accessible to all in Brattleboro.
