Bassist Moisés M. Carrasco comes from Haverhill, Massachusetts. Upon graduation from Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan, Moisés enrolled at the prestigious New England Conservatory under the tutelage of Mr. Donald Palma of the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra and Mr. Thomas Van Dyck of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. He is eternally thankful to have the constant support of his parents, former teachers and dear friends. Specializing in orchestral music, Moisés has played with ensembles across North America and Europe. He has performed in such prestigious venues as: Dvorak Hall in Prague, Royal Albert Hall in London, Musikverein in Vienna, Symphony Hall in Boston, the Koussevitsky Shed at Tanglewood and many more. Moisés can be heard performing with orchestras including Portsmouth Symphony, Symphony By The Sea, Cape Symphony, New Bedford Symphony, Boston Pops Orchestra and the Pittsburgh Symphony. An avid fan of opera, he was honored to participate in TUNDI Productions’ “Der Ring des Nibelungen”; the only North American full Ring Cycle in 2025 . He supports the Boston Celtics and Liverpool Football Club.
